Customer Service Representative

The Overnight Closer will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. This role requires a positive and professional attitude, with a passion for fitness and health.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
- Handle front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating updates to member accounts.
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
- Close shift for the business day and create a bank deposit for the next day.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A passion for fitness and health.
- Upbeat and positive attitude.
- Punctuality and reliability are must-haves.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and coworkers.
- Strong listening skills, with the ability to empathize and problem-solve.
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Continual standing and walking during shift.
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
- Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights).
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
