Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Business Support Services Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Dispatch service and sales calls, as well as page drivers as needed.
  • Answer multi-line phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as processing and scanning daily checks, and preparing outgoing mail.
  • Process equipment service tickets, add and remove equipment, and transfer equipment on customer accounts.
  • Process walk-in sales and balance the cash box for invoices created in the front office.
  • Dispatch orders for warehouses company-wide and order office supplies, business cards, and ink for Sales Centers.
  • Communicate with coworkers, management, and other stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service position or a combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance.
Working Conditions:

The Customer Care Representative will work in an office environment with a moderate noise level due to warehouse equipment in operation. Working hours vary between 6 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break, and 40 hours per week. Additional hours may be required occasionally.
