Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our customer service team as a Customer Service Representative/Account Assistant. This role will be responsible for processing policy change requests, maintaining accurate database information, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to learn and grow with our company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers and Producers to service their book of business
  • Maintain direct contact with clients to ensure they receive the best service
  • Maintain communication with underwriters
  • Market agency clients to insurance companies
  • Handle policy changes, proposals, quote reviews, and rating duties

Requirements

  • Must be willing to obtain a property and casualty license
  • High School Diploma required
  • Post-secondary degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional office and phone etiquette
