Customer Service Representative

The UPS Store #1884 is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Practice good listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership to ensure seamless communication.
- Take ownership of customer shipping needs and offer viable solutions to meet their requirements.
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends.
- Operate all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and be willing to teach others.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
- Outstanding phone skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible with the ability to lift 40+ pounds.
- Willing and able to work 25 to 30 hours per week for a 6-day work week.
Compensation: $16/hour + bonus.
