Executive Sous Chef Opportunity - Become a Key Player in Our Culinary Operations

As an Executive Sous Chef, you will take charge of guiding a dynamic kitchen team and ensuring the seamless execution of culinary services. Your primary responsibilities will encompass overseeing work distribution, coordinating food preparation, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS:
  • Oversee and assign tasks across all kitchen stations and roles.
  • Provide training on culinary techniques, recipe adherence, and quality assurance.
  • Guarantee prompt delivery of all food items.
  • Engage in various kitchen functions as needed.
  • Uphold health and safety regulations.
  • Evaluate team performance and offer constructive feedback and training.
  • Prepare and handle raw ingredients and dishes.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Contribute to recipe innovation and inventory procurement.
  • Assist in managing stock levels and maintaining quality standards.
  • Supervise equipment upkeep and report any malfunctions.
  • Utilize point of sale systems and manage customer transactions.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
  • Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
