Wilco Retail Sales Associate

Position Overview:

As a vital member of the Wilco team, our sales associates deliver outstanding customer service while assisting shoppers across all store departments. They engage with customers to address inquiries about products and offer tailored recommendations, all while ensuring the upkeep of store areas and supporting department specialists. Additionally, they provide essential backup coverage throughout the retail space and at the cash registers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge on the sales floor.
  • Process transactions, assist with carrying out, and loading merchandise.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of departments in accordance with established standards.
  • Perform cashier duties and other tasks related to the store, yard, or warehouse.
  • Open and close the store as instructed by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or retail environments.
  • Ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Proven understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
