About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team in sales development. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients and prospects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in B2B sales, with a proven ability to land and expand accounts. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

Our company offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure, making this an excellent opportunity for sales professionals looking to maximize their earnings.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Hitting the phones and engaging with potential clients to identify new sales opportunities
  • Developing and executing territory plans to drive revenue growth
  • Buidling and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention and expansion

You will be working closely with our internal recruiters to find and fill job orders, and will be expected to behave ethically and responsibly in all aspects of your work.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Demonstrated ability to land and expand accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a range of benefits, including:

  • Base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
