About the Role

As a Regional Account Executive at Redis, you'll be responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory. This involves representing our products and services to assigned customers, leading account planning, and ensuring customer needs are met.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of field enterprise experience in a fast-paced market, with a focus on closing net new logos. A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets is essential. Familiarity with databases, developers, and open-source technology is a plus.

This role requires ability to travel and work independently while partnering with internal teams. We offer competitive salaries, equity grants, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. The estimated gross base annual salary for this role is $145,000– $155,000 per year in designated locations.
