About the Role

The Membership Campaign Manager plays a pivotal role in promoting the Girl Scout Program and driving membership growth across the Central Indiana region. Reporting to the Community Action Director, this position is responsible for developing and implementing membership campaigns that foster a diverse and inclusive community of Girl Scouts and adult volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute membership campaigns to broaden community support and recruit new members
  • Collaborate with volunteers and staff to ensure effective recruitment and retention strategies
  • Provide leadership and support to Service Unit Managers and volunteers in assigned areas
  • Represent Girl Scouts in local partnerships and community organizations to promote the program and its values
  • Monitor progress towards membership goals and benchmarks, making adjustments as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to Girl Scouts, volunteers, and staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Effective leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting quantifiable goals and objectives
  • Ability to recruit, retain, and supervise adult volunteers and girls
  • Excellent decision-making, customer service, and human relations skills
  • Experience working with diverse populations and communities
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
