Job Summary:

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a highly skilled Campaign Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality RFP responses and packages to meet client needs and increase share of advertising revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet client needs and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Track and monitor RFPs and proposals, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
  • Provide guidance on audience delivery and market assets to help sales teams 'sell and win the market'.
  • Investigate alternative options for client proposals to upsell market.
  • Consult internal resources for data intelligence and respond to sales teams within prescribed timeframes.
  • Share best practices across the Campaign Strategy team.
  • Provide quality competitive data, market trends, and knowledge of Clear Channel Outdoor's positioning vs. other media and advertising companies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, advertising, media, marketing, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in a successful sales, advertising, or marketing services organization.
  • Strong understanding of the market and competitive environment, customer needs, and trends.
  • Knowledge of audience delivery and ability to understand and interpret audience metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with ability to interact effectively and professionally with internal clients.
