Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to end-users within our desktop computing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals
  • Install and configure hardware and software, including operating systems and applications
  • Manage and maintain desktop computing environment, including software updates and patches
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and PC/Laptop hardware
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SCCM and other deployment tools
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and other Microsoft technologies
  • Experience with Apple OS and other mobile devices
