Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, peripherals, and software.
  • Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software.
  • Ensure optimal workstation performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with networking technologies and concepts.
  • Experience with video conferencing technologies and mobile devices.
  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification a plus.
