Call Center Supervisor Professional

About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Call Center Supervisor Professional to join our team at MassMarkets. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, leadership, and communication. They will be able to motivate and inspire their team to deliver high-quality results and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 15-25 customer service representatives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve customer issues
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and team performance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proven track record of success in leadership roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Compensation Details
