Job Title: Senior Director Product Marketing

We are seeking a seasoned product marketing leader to drive the growth of our Customer Workflows business. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that showcases the value of our Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, and Sales and Order Management products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a marketing strategy that positions our Customer Workflows products as the industry leaders.
  • Lead a high-performing team of product marketers to develop and execute campaigns that drive pipeline growth and sales.
  • Partner with sales, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and create compelling messaging and content that resonates with them.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with a focus on CRM and customer experience.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and sales through effective marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and coach high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
