Job DescriptionWe're seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Strategist to join our team as a Senior Director Product Marketing Lead. As a key member of our product marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our Customer Workflows business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for our Customer Workflows products, including Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, and Sales and Order Management.
- Lead a high-performing team of product marketers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and market leadership.
- Partner with our sales teams, product managers, and solution consultants to create compelling sales and campaign content that resonates with key buyers.
- Support the sales team with assets and enablement that help them mature and close pipeline.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key analysts and media outlets to position Customer Labs as a leader in the customer experience and customer service space.
- Represent Customer Labs as a thought leader at industry events and conferences.
**Requirements:**
- 15+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or general marketing with a strong background in B2B product marketing.
- Proven track record of hiring, managing, and leading high-performance teams.
- Strong ability to inspire and coach, with a proven history of creating positioning and messaging that supports rapidly growing product lines.
- Results-driven, with a strong analytical and creative mindset.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and work across functions within and outside of Marketing, building relationships to drive results.
