About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned product marketing leader who can help us take our Customer Workflows business to the next level. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team and make a significant impact on our company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy for Customer Workflows, including Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, and Sales and Order Management.
  • Lead a world-class team of product marketers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Partner with sales, product management, and solution consultants to create compelling sales and campaign content.
  • Support the sales team with assets and enablement to help them mature and close pipeline.
  • Launch new products, features, and capabilities that drive differentiation in the marketplace.
  • Win over the analyst community and drive media that positions ServiceNow as the best platform for customer experience and customer service.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in CRM.
  • Proven track record of hiring, managing, and leading high-performance teams.
  • Strong ability to inspire and coach, with a history of creating positioning and messaging that supported rapidly growing product lines.
  • Results-driven, with a comfortable balance of analytical and creative skills.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $212,100 - $381,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. We're committed to creating an inclusive environment where all voices are heard, valued, and respected.
