Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Wealth Director to lead our Specialty Wealth team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of wealth advisors to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, increase revenue, and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal partners to ensure seamless delivery of financial services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities and drive innovation.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions and strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, business, or economics.
  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional client service.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, with a strong background in team management, coaching, and development.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial planning, investment concepts, and retail banking services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Ability to travel, occasionally overnight, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA, JD, CPA, CFA, or CFP certification.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing multi-regional wealth teams, preferably in the legal or medical industry.
  • Completion of established management development or leadership programs.
