About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Director of Operations who is passionate about building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.

The successful candidate will represent the company's overall vision, planning, direction, and control to assigned communities in conjunction with the Director of Senior Living.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic operational initiatives to meet company goals and all state and national regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular and in-depth site visits as needed.
  • Interface with leadership team to ensure accuracy for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Produce and analyze reports on business data to determine operational excellence and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze and evaluate competition in the marketplace.
  • Ensure compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations in all communities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a leadership position in the Senior Living industry.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Willingness to travel within the region (local travel within the Houston area and minimal travel to 2 properties in Texas).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills.
