We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring the success of our senior living communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic operational initiatives to meet company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational excellence and identify areas for improvement.
- Interface with leadership team to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Analyze business data to determine operational excellence and areas for improvement.
- Evaluate competition in the marketplace to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations in all communities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a leadership position in the senior living industry.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
- Ability to travel within the region, with occasional travel to other locations.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills.
