About the Role:
The Ladders is looking for a Senior International Tax Analyst to collaborate with the Tax team and support various international tax initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of international tax compliance and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and prepare the international tax components of the annual federal income tax return, coordinating with external advisors as necessary.
  • Manage the quarterly tax provision from an international perspective.
  • Assist in developing tax planning strategies related to international operations.
  • Support ongoing tax controversy matters.
  • Handle multiple consulting projects efficiently.
  • Research and communicate significant developments in international tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Legal, and Treasury, on complex business projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; a Master's in Taxation is preferred.
  • Certified Public Accountant designation is preferred.
  • Experience in international tax compliance and planning.
  • Familiarity with tax software such as OneSource is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong research and analytical skills in international tax matters.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
