Position Overview: Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Printer Support Specialist to assist in managing the print services for a specific client. This role will involve ensuring the operational efficiency of HP printers, addressing any technical issues, and providing comprehensive support to the client. Candidates should possess a solid background in repairing multifunction printers (MFPs) and have a thorough understanding of the internal components that may require attention, alongside a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Compensation:

Hourly rate ranges from $24 to $26, depending on experience and qualifications.

Compensation may vary based on various factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefits for this position will commence on the 31st day of employment and include options for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA accounts, and access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching. Employees in this role will also receive paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as mandated by applicable laws.
