Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- 4+ years of experience in Retail Performance Analytics and Data Modeling.
- Proficient in Python (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras).
- Strong applied statistical skills, including knowledge of statistical tests and regression analysis.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning techniques such as Clustering, k-Nearest Neighbors, and Time Series Forecasting.
- Proficient in Data Wrangling and Data Visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Hands-on experience with data science tools is preferred.
