Position Overview:
The Ladders is in search of a Senior International Tax Consultant to assist the International Tax team in managing various international tax compliance and consulting projects. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our tax processes and ensuring compliance with international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and prepare the international tax components of the annual federal income tax return, collaborating with external advisors as necessary.
  • Manage the quarterly tax provision from an international perspective.
  • Support the development of tax planning strategies related to international tax matters.
  • Assist in addressing ongoing international tax disputes.
  • Handle multiple consulting projects effectively.
  • Conduct research and communicate significant updates regarding international tax issues.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Legal, and Treasury, on complex business initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; a Master's in Taxation is preferred.
  • Certified Public Accountant designation is preferred.
  • Relevant years of experience in international tax.
  • Familiarity with OneSource Income Tax and OneSource Tax Provision is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing international tax-related work.
  • Self-driven with strong project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
