Job Summary

The Embassy Suites Lubbock is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee the Front Desk, PBX, Concierge, and Bell stand operations and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate room inventory information in collaboration with Reservations and Housekeeping teams.
  • Supervise and train Front Desk staff to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve hotel operations, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Services or Front Office Management in a hotel environment of similar size and quality.
  • Excellent leadership, training, and guest service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities.
