Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone inquiries and route them to the appropriate personnel
  • Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks
  • Assist in organizing appointments and facilitating meetings
  • Efficiently manage calendars and schedules
  • Compose and review emails and documents
  • Input data into spreadsheets and databases
  • Maintain an organized reception area and manage office supplies
  • Support meeting arrangements and travel logistics
  • Contribute to special projects as needed
  • Conduct research and gather relevant information
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service positions
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
