Personnel Administration Specialist

The Human Resources Coordinator will assist the HR division by managing daily transactional and administrative tasks and related functions, including support with payroll and various HR initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effectively facilitate the onboarding process for all new employees by ensuring they complete and comprehend all necessary paperwork, practices, and policies prior to commencing their initial training.
Coordinate the engagement of temporary staff with vendors and serve as a liaison to management by assigning temporary personnel, terminating temporary assignments, and managing the invoicing and monthly reporting process.
Keep employees informed about benefits-related activities, meetings, offerings, and various human resources programs, procedures, and policies.Consult with HR on employee matters and provide diverse human resources solutions to align with business objectives.
Ensure accurate processing of payroll documentation for changes, including but not limited to new hires, transfers, terminations, promotions, etc.
Assist in managing interactive employee processes related to leave of absence.Foster a positive employee relations environment that addresses employee concerns and is consistent with progressive management practices.
Advise managers and employees on company policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
Update and maintain employee records to document personnel actions and provide information for payroll and other purposes.
Responsible for administrative tasks related to employee benefits and payroll adjustments.
Ensure timesheets are accurately completed and assist with payroll submission within designated deadlines.
Maintain weekly HR reports (e.g., headcounts, attendance, etc.)
Ensure compliance with regulatory postings, communal bulletin boards, and other resources for employee information and culture.
Assist the HR Team and Office Staff with employee engagement activities.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Other duties as assigned.

Capability to read and interpret documents such as safety guidelines, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations in various units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Exposure to varying noise levels.
Often exposed to moving mechanical parts.
