Directive Consulting, a pioneering social media advertising agency, seeks an exceptional Sales Director to spearhead the growth of our enterprise accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales success and fostering long-term relationships with high-value clients.

**Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonus potential.

As a Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping our sales strategy and executing plans to achieve revenue targets.

We follow a mature sales process that balances inbound and outbound efforts, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads. Your primary goal will be to own the intro call stage for organizations, qualifying prospects, and introducing them to our unique methodology, Customer Generation. You will work closely with our top-performing Account Executives (AEs) to drive deal closure and foster a collaborative environment that promotes mutual growth.

A successful candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, combined with a deep understanding of performance marketing, particularly social media. Experience working with B2B clients, especially those with ACV 100k+, is highly desirable. You will need to develop a sophisticated professional approach, understanding finance, buying centers, enterprise selling, events, and working alongside top AEs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the outcome of our pipeline and drive sales success through strategic planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment across departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in SDR/AE roles, preferably in performance marketing or B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising, particularly LinkedIn, and its applications in B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
