Sales and Marketing Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales team at Holiday Inn Orlando International Airport.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a sales team to ensure they meet or exceed their individual and team targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience, as well as benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
