Corestaff Services, a leading provider of administrative support services, is seeking an experienced Multilingual Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch administrative and logistical support to our clients.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office administration, preferably in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to clients, including scheduling meetings and events, preparing travel arrangements, and processing expense reports
  • Assist with procurement of office supplies and equipment as needed
  • Perform routine accounts payable functions, including petty cash requests and Pcard statements/review and conciliation reports
  • Assist team members with reporting building maintenance issues and malfunctions of printers
  • Format documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations as needed
  • File documentation in electronic filing platforms
  • Process visa applications and travel authorizations when required

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This salary estimate is based on industry standards and average salaries for similar roles in the United States.
