We are seeking a highly skilled Grant Management Specialist Lead to join our team at the Office of Justice Programs. Key Responsibilities

* Serve as a technical expert in compliance monitoring for complex grants and conducting in-depth assessments to ensure adherence to financial and legal terms.
* Manage administration of a diverse range of complex grants and cooperative agreements, including coordination with grantees, subrecipients, and other stakeholders.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective grant management, including monitoring and evaluation of grant performance.
* Collaborate with program staff to identify and address program gaps, and develop strategies to improve grant outcomes.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong understanding of grant management principles and practices, as well as experience working with federal grants and cooperative agreements. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including grantees, subrecipients, and federal officials. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as public administration, business, or law, is required.

Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $63,000-$83,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The Office of Justice Programs offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
