About the Role
The Patient Service Representative is a vital member of our front desk team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients. This role requires a warm and welcoming demeanor, with a focus on ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate patient intake and appointments
- Accurately update patient information in our system
- Assist patients with paperwork and medical records
