Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Analyst to join our team at GHX. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of GHX products and services to provide accurate and informative support to customers.
  • Identify and document trends in customer calls and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience in a call center or customer support environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM, case management, or support tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
