About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our AI Strategy team within the T-Mobile Business Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth and value creation through the use of artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of strategic business managers accountable for the success of AI-powered products, platforms, and experiences.
  • Develop value creation use cases to be driven manually and through AI realization.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication among stakeholders to gain cross-functional alignment and develop an executable business strategy.
  • Oversee resources performing detailed analysis, identifying trends, and defining fields of opportunity for the line of business/function.
  • Effectively communicate complicated data, logic, and solutions in a clear and concise manner to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in strategy and problem-solving, with a focus on framing complex problems and providing data-driven recommendations.
  • 7-10 years of experience in financial modeling and analytics, with a focus on developing financial models and performing financial and operating analysis and reporting.
  • 4-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on managing projects independently and engaging stakeholders.
  • 2-4 years of experience managing teams of 5 or more resources in direct reporting relationships in analytics, strategy, or project management organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking experience.
  • Knowledge of the wireless/telecom industry and technology sector.
