We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Data & AI organization as a Data & AI Operations Manager. This role will provide critical comprehensive organizational support to our leadership team, with a focus on leadership enablement, people & culture initiatives, and organizational health.
Key Responsibilities- Support organizational efforts focused on improving leadership, culture, and organizational health for the Chief Data & AI Officer.
- Collaborate closely with the Data & AI Operations Senior Manager and the Chief Data & AI Officer's Executive Assistant to ensure comprehensive meeting preparation.
- Provide strategic advisement by identifying, evaluating, and analyzing critical priorities by partnering with teams to collect program information.
- Make recommendations to the Senior VP of opportunities on specific programs based on individual involvement and observations.
- Identify and propose solutions regarding obstacles or issues while understanding their financial impact on the business and experience for our customers and/or employees.
- Serve as a consulting and subject matter expert on enterprise-wide projects by contributing and identifying gaps to drive a better outcome through knowledge and experiences.
- Act as a conduit of current information and feedback between Senior VP and department leaders by planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals from beginning to end.
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Proven experience in Operations environment.
- 2-3 years of Business / Strategy consulting
