National Account Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated National Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing national accounts, driving sales growth, and increasing product visibility for our books and gift products at major retailers such as Barnes & Noble and Paper Source.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the book publishing industry. They will need advanced proficiency in sales tools, including Salesforce and Edelweiss, with expertise in sales tracking, forecasting, and data analysis. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for this role, which requires working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $68,000-$78,200, depending on qualifications and experience. This position also participates in a profit share plan and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, three weeks of paid vacation, two weeks of sick time, and company holidays. Our office is located in New York City, and employees work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
