**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Bluegreen Vacations Corporation. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to achieve sales goals and objectives
* Maintain a positive relationship with Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's management and associates
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue
* Ensure that sales associates are properly trained and equipped to handle customer inquiries and sales
* Maintain accurate records and reports of sales performance and customer interactions
**Requirements:**
* At least 1+ years sales or marketing experience
* Previous management experience is preferred
* Sales management experience is a plus
* Knowledge and understanding of the timeshare industry, OPC marketing, or telemarketing sales is helpful
* Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
