Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proven track record of success in staff management, customer service, and sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, guests, and vendors
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
