Restaurant Operations Manager

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Dunkin', you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving profitable sales. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in our restaurants. You will work closely with your team to promote a positive and inclusive work environment, foster open communication, and recognize and reward outstanding performance. Key responsibilities include:
Team Environment:
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering respect, providing coaching and feedback, recognizing achievements, and resolving employee concerns.
Hire, train, and develop the right people and plan staffing levels to meet guest and business needs.
Operations Excellence for Guest Satisfaction:
Hold guests as the highest priority and role model exceptional guest service.
Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed, and engage and empower team members to develop solutions that drive business results.
Profitability:
Drive sales through effective execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
Delegate and lead processes to control labor costs, food costs, and cash.
Qualifications:
Passion for people and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Dependability and ability to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing.
Math and financial management skills.
Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
At least 19 years of age (where applicable).
High school diploma (or equivalent).
