Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at the J.D. McCarty Center. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to children with developmental disabilities.

Job Summary:

The BCBA will be responsible for supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians and Direct Care Staff in the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy principles. You will create and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct behavioral assessments, and develop specific behavior plans based on the needs of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians and Direct Care Staff in ABA therapy principles
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop specific behavior plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
  • Participate in weekly Physician Staffing and monthly Neurology Clinic meetings
  • Facilitate training and support for families and caregivers
  • Consult with families, caregivers, and other service providers
  • Monitor billing information and data collection
  • Assist with outpatient ABA wait list and intake process
  • Participate in on-call shifts and provide phone support to staff
Requirements:
  • Must maintain current certifications, including BCBA, LBA, QBS Safety Care, and CPR/First Aid
  • Strong time management skills and ability to think quickly in unexpected situations
  • Physical demands may include assisting with lifting, holding, or positioning clients with disabilities
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

The J.D. McCarty Center is a 80-acre campus that provides inpatient and outpatient therapy services to children with developmental disabilities. Our campus includes an on-site elementary, intermediate, and high school, staffed by Norman Public School teachers. We are a tobacco and vape-free facility.
