Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at the JD McCarty Center. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to children with developmental disabilities.

Job Summary:

The BCBA will be responsible for supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians and Direct Care Staff in the implementation of ABA Therapy principles. You will also create and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct behavioral assessments, and develop specific behavior plans based on the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians and Direct Care Staff in ABA Therapy principles
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop specific behavior plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
  • Participate in weekly Physician Staffing and monthly Neurology Clinic meetings
  • Facilitate training and support for families and caregivers
  • Monitor billing information and data collection
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Oklahoma Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification
  • QBS Safety Care and CPR/First Aid certifications
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
