Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team at the State of OK JD McCarty Center. As a key member of our behavioral analysis team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to children with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians to implement the principles of ABA therapy
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient in conjunction with a BCBA
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify behavior strategies and interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans and make informed decisions
  • Attend meetings and functions related to promotional activities and marketing events for ABA services
  • Monitor billing information, data collection, and daily session notes
  • Assist with the intake process, including parent interviews and collaboration with other therapies
  • Participate in on-call shifts to provide phone support to staff
  • Meet with BCBA to review program progress of shared patients
