We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team at the J.D. McCarty Center.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, and collaborating with various disciplines to develop treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments
  • Identify behavior strategies and interventions to reduce maladaptive behaviors
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and other disciplines to develop treatment plans
  • Attend promotional events and marketing activities for ABA-related services
  • Monitor billing information, data collection, and daily session notes
  • Assist with the intake process, including parent interviews and collaboration with schools and other therapies
  • Participate in on-call shifts to provide phone support to staff
  • Meet with BCBA to review program progress

The J.D. McCarty Center is a 80-acre campus that provides inpatient and outpatient therapy services to children with developmental disabilities. Our campus includes an on-site elementary, intermediate, and high school staffed by Norman Public School teachers. We are a tobacco and vape-free facility.
