Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at the JD McCarty Center. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians and Direct Care Staff in the implementation of ABA Therapy principles.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans for children.
  • Participate in weekly Physician Staffing and monthly Neurology Clinic meetings to discuss client data and recommendations for behavior modifications.
  • Facilitate training and support for families and caregivers of inpatient and outpatient clients.
  • Consult with families, caregivers, and other service providers to deliver on-site and off-site training as needed.
  • Attend promotional events and marketing activities for ABA-related services.
  • Monitor billing information, data collection, and daily session notes submitted by staff.
  • Assist the Director of ABA Services and the ABA Program Manager with outpatient ABA wait list management.
  • Participate in on-call shifts to provide phone support to staff in assisting patients with challenging behaviors.
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Oklahoma Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification.
  • QBS Safety Care and CPR/First Aid certifications.
  • Ability to lift, hold, or position clients with disabilities.
  • Ability to sit or stoop on the floor for extended periods.
