Talent Acquisition Role
We are seeking a skilled Office Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have experience in full life-cycle recruitment, interviewing candidates, and guiding hiring managers through decisions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining candidate networks and pipelines, utilizing the ATS, and providing support to hiring managers. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment processes
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates
  • Develop and maintain candidate networks and pipelines
  • Utilize the ATS and provide support to hiring managers
  • Screen, interview, evaluate, perform reference checks, and manage the process through offer delivery and negotiation

Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a nonprofit or fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Minimum of 1 year high-volume recruitment experience
  • Understanding of human resources policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in ATS, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
