Job Overview
The Administrative Coordinator for Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and post job openings.
- Candidate Sourcing: Source and screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and present top candidates to hiring managers.
- Onboarding Process: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including processing paperwork, setting up benefits, and providing orientation.
- Reporting and Analytics: Analyze recruitment metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.
- Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Education: Two-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel. Experience using recruitment software and analytics tools is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per annum
