About This Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Roving Assistant Property Manager. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for leading by example, achieving financial objectives, and building brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, living the standards and behaviors consistent with the core values and culture of Bozzuto
  • Achieve financial objectives through rent collection and delinquency management
  • Conduct informative and personalized tours of the community to drive new leases
  • Build brand loyalty by ensuring every resident interaction is positive
  • Maintain the community's interior and exterior to the highest standards
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire team members
  • Work weekends to accommodate prospective residents and lead the team when the Property Manager is absent

What You Bring to Us

  • A college degree
  • 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail
  • Exposure to revenue, P&L, and budget management
  • Proficient in leveraging social media platforms and creating engaging content
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Competent with industry software and computer programs
  • Sales aptitude
