About the Role

The Construction Executive will provide high-level project oversight, leadership to the project management team, and set expectations and objectives for assigned areas or divisions. This individual is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, business development, planning, and talent development for team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to the project management team and set expectations and objectives for assigned areas or divisions.
  • Oversee all financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead talent development initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business administration and management, including experience in construction project management.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction industry principles.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including perseverance, accepting responsibility, and people leadership.

Pay Range

$125,898 - $188,847 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
