About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Provider Recruitment Manager to join our team at Dental Health Services. As a key member of our network development team, you will be responsible for cultivating new and existing relationships with dental organizations, as well as internal business partners within our company.

Your primary focus will be on successfully managing relationships with dental organizations as accounts, ensuring access to care requirements are met, and supporting the growth of strong, stable provider networks.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Recruit providers, including general dentists and specialists, in their assigned territory.
  • Evaluate and audit dental provider offices and operations, making recommendations for optimal service delivery to our members and addressing/resolving provider concerns or issues.
  • Partner with Professional Services management regarding the addition/deletion of provider contracts and coordinate the termination of territory dentists.
  • Orient and train general and specialist providers on our plans and materials, quality standards, and expectations.
  • Update our data systems, including ACT, Website, Aldera, various directories, and PICK systems, to ensure accuracy of provider information.
  • Prevent/resolve Member Service concerns and issues regarding the delivery of dental services and work to resolve grievances with appropriate personnel.
  • Develop required reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials for prospective and current providers.
  • Support DMHC, OIC, OID audits.
  • Effectively grow and maintain a provider network in the assigned territory and efficiently support dental providers and specialists.
  • Resolve provider/member issues, effectively addressing inquiries to the satisfaction of all parties.
  • Collaborate with team members across the company to achieve projects and performance goals.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality in all activities and efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but candidates with 4 years of network recruiting, sales, and/or account management experience will be considered.
  • Driver's license and ability to maintain an acceptable DMV record.
  • Knowledge of provider service operations in a dental plan member/provider environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving techniques.
  • PC literacy required, MS Office skills.
  • Proven track record in negotiating large, complex provider agreements.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
