Job Overview

Dental Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Dental Provider Network Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the growth, development, and maintenance of our dental provider network. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and retain dental providers to meet business objectives.
  • Evaluate and audit dental provider offices and operations.
  • Negotiate contracts with dental providers and coordinate their termination.
  • Orient and train new providers on company plans and materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • PC literacy required, MS Office skills.
