Job Description

The Provider Recruitment Specialist is responsible for growing and maintaining a provider network in assigned territories.

This role involves recruiting general dentists and specialists, evaluating and auditing dental provider offices, and negotiating contracts with dental organizations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit general dentists and specialists in assigned territories
  • Evaluate and audit dental provider offices and operations
  • Negotiate contracts with dental organizations
  • Orient and train providers on company plans and materials

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
